Adding the EPEL repo to Image Builder

The EPEL repository URL suitable for Image Builder seems to be very hard to find.

In the RHEL Cockpit program (https://ip_address:9090/), click on Image Builder and Manage Sources. Add a yum repository using this url: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/9/Everything/x86_64/

When you are building an image and no packages can be found, it could be because the URL is wrong. Check here:
